2022 Tea Area Physical Night When: Wednesday, May 11th, 2022 Time: see below for grade level Location: Tea Area High School All physicals need to be completed annually, and are for all incoming students for the 2022-2023 school year and include incoming 7th-12th graders. Incoming middle school students - 6:00PM High School students - 6:45PM PLEASE NOTE: The Online Registration is now available on the Tea Area School District website for the 2022-2023 school year. When registering your student please submit all possible activities that they will be participating in on the athletic registration. This online portion needs to be completed before they are able to participate in any activity. Welding Class took a Field Trip! Our Titans went to Masaba Mining Equipment in Vermillion where Mr. Gannon, our CTE Welding Instructor, started his welding career in 2009. At Masaba, they build custom rugged equipment for the world, such as conveyors, crushing plants, wash plants, and many more! Thank you to Bill Sorenson and Alyssa Walker for giving our Titans a tour and showing each phase of the building process. Thank you for tagging along with our Titans! #TitanPride

ATTENTION! ATTENTION! Tea Area School District is excited to announce that Tea Area High School was awarded the Workforce Development Grant for $118,500. The Workforce Education Fund is supported by the South Dakota Legislature to enhance programming in career and technical education programs. These dollars will help jump-start the development of our agriculture program. This is a matching grant to constructing a greenhouse at our CTE building. We are proud to partner with South Dakota State University, Southeast Technical College, Country Acres Tree Farm, Nursery Wholesalers, Tessman Seed, and Adkins Herefords as together we build tomorrow’s workforce.
